Ok so my BMI (Body Mass Index) tells me that I am over weight (LOL wow what a surprise). My current BMI is 28.2 with a weight of 164 (the holidays did this to me) it set my target weight to 133 (all of this is according to spark people) hey that weight sounds good to me; I would love to see that again. So it wants me to set some goals, very easy ones I chose to pack my lunch (this may not be so easy, but will save money also) Then it wants me to do an exercise goal, how bout get 10 minutes of cardio (does it have to be all together LOL) Motivation goal, tell one person about my goal (will the blog count) hope you all will hold me accountable. That was it I am on my way to getting healthy for free (at least fees wise) I guess we will see how it works for me. Wish me luck! (Check out the link to the free spark people site)

We'll work to keep each other motivated. :)
7 years ago yesterday and 3 kids later I weighed in at 162 pounds. By watching what I ate and exercising 3x a week, I now weigh 132 pounds. There was no fad diet I used just the traditional exercise and eating right. You can do it just stay committed.
