Ok so my BMI (Body Mass Index) tells me that I am over weight (LOL wow what a surprise). My current BMI is 28.2 with a weight of 164 (the holidays did this to me) it set my target weight to 133 (all of this is according to spark people) hey that weight sounds good to me; I would love to see that again. So it wants me to set some goals, very easy ones I chose to pack my lunch (this may not be so easy, but will save money also) Then it wants me to do an exercise goal, how bout get 10 minutes of cardio (does it have to be all together LOL) Motivation goal, tell one person about my goal (will the blog count) hope you all will hold me accountable. That was it I am on my way to getting healthy for free (at least fees wise) I guess we will see how it works for me. Wish me luck! (Check out the link to the free spark people site)

Getting Started Yeah!!

So I’m not so skinny, but hey who wants to be, I just want to be healthy. I want to walk down the beach with space between my legs (No rubbing LOL) and feeling like I lead the world of skinny. (Who cares if I really do?) I want to find a way to get back the feeling I had before the 4 pregnancies. I know I am not 19 but hey I don’t care I just want to feel that way again. (Okay not the; I’m stupid part of it) I want to look like the person I see when I look into the trick mirrors in the dressing room at the mall and think wow I look good. This is where I will put my way to find this path to track it, what works and doesn’t work for me. Wish me luck and all the luck to you too
